I am currently in Spring of year 2 on my trio of towns. I have yet to unlock the bait attachment that Ludus offers. I have the trophy that says I have at least caught 200 fish and the veteran fish collector rank. The town ranks are very high as well Westown is A rank Tsuyukusa is at max rank and Lulukoko is rank B. Is there something I am missing or do I need to raise my ranks more? As suggested on another site I have been waiting for the new products message and have received it on multiple occasions but no fishing dialogue ever comes up. I have also tried shipping a lot of caught fish as well and still nothing.
