My queries are related with Call of Duty Black Ops 4 for PS4 Pro platform. The game is installed completely and updated to the latest version as of today. Also, the PS4 pro is updated to its latest version as well. I would like to ask following queries ;
(1). Sometimes when I start the game I get the screen like shown in this image (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gV6JBgGbDiKBrFtmaJ-RxfcnplBPWqUO/view?usp=sharing)
whereas, sometimes the screen is like this one (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qXaOaXLuSKMyXmfMcE5BNd_7X6z3sp1X/view?usp=sharing). You may have noticed that the Blackout option appears not all the time and also the maps inside offline multiplayer are different. By different I mean, when I have the screen like the second image, the number of maps available in offline multiplayer are more (such as Nuke town etc) which are otherwise not available. I have noticed that this happens randomly even in a single day. My questions are;
Why do I get different screens (as shown in the images) every time? and How can I fix this issue permanently?
