I'm guessing this question is being downvoted because it's not useful. Regardless of which has the better graphics, you can't play Uncharted on Switch or Zelda on PS3. They also don't compete against each other, being 11 years apart, and not even the same class of device (stationary vs handheld). It's hard to imagine how this question would ever be useful for gamers. If you truly cared about graphics that much, you'd be comparing the Switch to the PS4 instead.

Still I wanted to ask here because Stackoverflow is a better place for Q&A. And I am only asking the graphical difference (apologise if I didn't make that clear), I am not asking which console is better in general because that is opinion-based. But when the graphics is concerned, it can be answered 'technically', at least it's not an opinion-based question. By the way, I am a Switch holder (I also bought PS 3 a decade ago)

In the case of video resolution, a general AAA title (e.g., Assassin's Creed franchise, GTA franchise) can be run stably in
720p with 30fps for PlayStation 3
720p with 60fps or 900p with 30 fps for Switch (docked mode)
In the case of GPU FLOPS (approximately)
220 GFLOPs for PlayStation 3
390 GFLOPs for Switch (docked mode)
So, roughly speaking, Switch (docked mode) is better than PlayStation 3 graphically, but only a little.
