I am having a problem with Minecraft, I usually max out my chunk rendering distance in Minecraft, I play on release 1.14.1 daily since my Dad bought me and built me this PC (2 Weeks ago), When I opened up Minecraft today the chunks rendering was messed up, Like chunks load extremely random and slow like I wait for 1 minute for the next chunk to load and I sometimes fall in the void and sometimes I dont but I be walking on an invisible chunk, Even some chunks only a part of them load and the other part of the chunk is abandoned (Half chunk) I tried reseting chunks using F3+A but it did not fix the bug, I tried diffirent released of minecraft to see if the bug will happen, And yes, It kept happening, The bug is in the whole copy of minecraft that I have, I tried 1.7.10 and 1.8 and 1.14.2 and 1.13 and 1.12 and 1.14 and 1.9 and 1.10 and 1.11, But still the same bug kept happening, I am using a legit account and copy of minecraft,I have minecraft installed on C-Users-*name*-App data-Roaming like everyone, I dont have any mods installed, I tried using Optifine to solve this problem but it did not work, Here are my PC specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4590 --
GPU: Intel HD 4600 (Temporary untill the RX 570 my Dad ordered arrives) --
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 500GB --
HDD: WD Blue 1TB (2012) --
RAM: Nanya NT4GC64B8HG0NF and DI Hynix HMT451U6BFR8C (In total 8 GB) --

MBD: Dell OptiPlex 7020 --

Please Help me, I want to play Minecraft without broken experience. I am 14, So I am not really that sort of a tech savvy, So please give me a simple enough solution...
