Some options to practice retakes, i.e. practice defending/defusing a planted bomb I know of:

1. Offline: Look up 'retake' in CSGO workshop maps in Steam. Download them and play them even if they don't allow you to change certain settings such that you can't have the settings you want to practice in.




2. Offline: Edit said workshop maps (see my other question: CSGO workshops: How do I override a map's settings?).




3. Online: Look up 'retake' in CSGO CSB and play in other people's settings instead of the settings you want to practice in (see (2)).




4. Offline: Create own maps. (I don't really need new ones. The ones on Steam are good; I just wish I could edit them. Again see (2).)




5. Offline: Play on regular maps (in the 'Practice with bots'), but use console commands XYZ to have the terrorists spawn at a bombsite.




6. Offline: There's ent_create planted_c4_training; ent_fire planted_c4_training ActivateSetTimerLength [Time to detonation], but I don't get it. How am I supposed to do retakes? Even if I use noclip which is highly tedious if I were to do that each round, how do I get the terrorists to defend where I spawn this C4? Also, what happens to the original C4? Do I get rid of that C4 with 'mp_give_player_c4 0'?

What are the other options?

Note: I believe this is not opinion-based because I am asking for what options are available. An opinion-based question would be asking which alternatives are better than the other since 'better' is subjective. Asking for the facts, namely the available options, is completely objective. Hopefully my editing of the title removing 'I' demonstrates that this question is not opinion-based.
