I accidentally opened a 1.14 world in 1.8 and thus ruining the world, but I used ShadowExplorer (https://www.shadowexplorer.com/) and found older versions of the save files for the world (the oldest a couple of weeks old). I replaced the ruined save file with the previous version exported from ShadowExplorer, but it is still ruined (nothing that I created is there...).
I have also tried to create a new world with the same world seed and copied in the region and player data files, but with no success.
Any idea of how the previous version files I have restored with ShadowExplorer can be used to restore some of what was created in the world?!
